Data Sources & Accuracy
FirmTracer aggregates publicly available data from official regulatory sources including the FCA Financial Services Register and Companies House. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Financial Conduct Authority or Companies House.
While we update our data nightly to ensure maximum accuracy, FirmTracer provides no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data presented.Always verify information directly with official public registers before taking any action.
FirmTracer does not constitute legal or financial advice. We provide aggregation and intelligence tools for research and due diligence purposes only.
Subscription Tiers
Free Tier: Available to all users. No registration required to search and view public firm data.
Paid Tiers (Phase 2): Individual (£9/month) and Team (£29/month) subscriptions provide additional monitoring features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
Acceptable Use
Users may use FirmTracer for research, internal due diligence, and compliance monitoring. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Any automated scraping, crawling, or systematic data extraction from FirmTracer.
- Reselling or commercially redistributing FirmTracer data or AI summaries.
- Any use that violates the Computer Misuse Act or other applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Raw regulatory data is sourced from public registers and is governed by their respective Open Government Licences. All AI summaries, unique data visualizations, and the FirmTracer software architectureare the intellectual property of GreySigma.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of FirmTracer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of thecourts of Singapore.
